For us it was as clear as a lump: to make the production of blank labels more efficient, we needed a new machine. But that was easier said than done. No application met our expectations. That is why we approached a machine manufacturer and started working together to develop a new application.
A short changeover time to start new jobs quickly was a must for us. In the current range of machines there are only devices on the market that require a lot of conversion time. Our new machine can be easily adjusted, both in terms of materials and formats. Moreover, it can produce both self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive labels. Unique!
Wide range of materials
Whether self-adhesive or made of plastic or simple cardboard? The possibilities are endless! Standard materials such as vellum, polypropylene and thermal labels can of course be easily manufactured. But did you know that the new machine also processes many other materials into labels? How about self-adhesive plastics or stylish hanging tags on a roll? The thickness of the labels can also be adjusted as desired.
Moreover, there are many options in terms of adhesive strength. Detachable labels on textile, labels with extra permanent adhesive power, tags that are suitable for the freezer ... Be sure to inquire about the different options!
Delivered super fast
The smooth changeover is synonymous with a fast delivery of the blank labels. We can achieve delivery times of at least one week after ordering, a standard period of 2 weeks applies.
Good to know: our new device can handle both very small runs (from a few rolls) as large batches. We guarantee the best price for every quantity!
In practice
Blank labels are used in many companies. From transport labels to barcode applications, the logistics sector makes full use of our new label production. The machine also allows us to keep innovating. A test project is currently underway to reuse removable self-adhesive labels multiple times. Where standard labels curl up when re-applied, our new labels stick effortlessly.
