Explanation

• the introduction of a ban on the free distribution of light plastic single-use carrier bags;
• adding conditions for the use of catering material;
• adding conditions for the use of plastic waste bags;

Article 58 adds a new subsection 5.3.11 with regard to the conditions for the free distribution of light plastic carrier bags for single use. The European Directive 2015/720 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2015 amending Directive 94/62 / EC on the reduction of the consumption of lightweight plastic carrier bags had to be transposed by 27 November 2016.
